Our company’s mission statement makes quite clear that our services are purely dedicated to protecting the carrier, either shipowners or charterers in order to avoid any sort of possible conflict of interests.

We do not attend on behalf of cargo interests and are totally transparent when contacted by several parties asking us to represent them in the same incident/casualty (Owners and Charterers) and attend on a first come first served basis. We maintain a range of competent surveyors in all the ports we cover.

Taking into account the relevant local parameters, we also monitor legal proceedings on behalf of shipowners and their P&I Clubs when cargo interests start litigation in France, in Africa (North/West/East African port/Indian Ocean) or in London through an extensive network of competent and efficient lawyers.

We are available to appoint a London arbitrator or to instruct and brief competent Counsel to obtain the release from arrest of your vessel in case of arrest or detention.
